We offer various payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
Shipping & Delivery
Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your purchase’s quickly and cheaply. We usually ship orders within 72 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 5-10 working days.
International deliveries will take longer depending on the country and the postal or courier service. This may also incur extra charges for customs and import taxes where appropriate for each country. The item or items will be sent as a gift to help reduce any custom and import taxes!
We recommend parcel insurance and preferably signed for after delivery, if for any reason the items become damaged during transit!!
We ship worldwide and aim to send out items as soon as possible after your payment has cleared, usually within 3-5 days.
Before finalising your purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correct. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct shipping information, if you make an error the cost to re-send your order will be your responsibility.
Each Item will be very carefully packed and shipped, I use recycled packing materials where possible. All items are shipped via the french postal service if you require tracking on your package please contact us to arrange this.
Shipping in France takes around 3 working days, Europe takes between 5 and 8 days and Rest of World between 5 and 15 days. At times packages can be delayed by circumstances out of our control. We will retain proof of shipping but cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delayed or lost. If in the unlikely event your package is lost we will endeavour to help find it by contacting the French postal service.
If you fail to pick up your package from your local post office or depot it will be returned to France. Any return shipping will be your responsibility. If at this point you decide you would like a refund, we will refund the cost of the item minus a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that a refund will only be given if the item is returned to us in the original condition & packaging !
